I'm new to cloth. What do I need to get started? TOP
Mandatory items:
-18-24 cloth diapers (all-in-one, pocket diapers or fitted diapers with covers)
-enough inserts for pocket diapers
-diaper pail
Recommended items:
-12-24 cloth bum wipes
-2 wet bags (one for clean, one for dirty when you are away from home)
-wipes cubes to keep wet cloth wipes fresh
-4-6 doublers for heavy wetters
Most diaper manufacturers recommend buying 24 diapers if you plan on diapering full time. From personal experience we believe you could get by comfortably with even less, 18 or so.
If you are new at cloth, I recommend that you try our "Try It!" package so you can decide which style and brand you like best before making the financial committment.
How do I wash cloth diapers? TOP

Currently we are offering Intro to Cloth Diapering Workshops about every month. We will also consider private consultations for groups. What delivery methods do you use? TOP
We use Canada Post which usually takes 3-7 days for delivery within Canada. Canada Post packages are insured up to $100. Please let us know if you would like more coverage. All shipments are made from Surrey, British Columbia.
Local Pick Up is now available from KidzOwn Boutiques (#3 13890 104th Ave in Surrey). After placing your order and selecting Local Pick Up as your shipping option, you will be contacted letting you know when your order will be available for pick up. This is typically 1-3 days after placing the order. All Local Pick Ups must now be prepaid.

Can I pick up if I live locally? TOP

If you are using PayPal, yes. We are unable to process American credit cards directly, but as long as the PayPal option is chosen, American credit cards can be used. All shipments are made from Surrey, BC.
What is your return/exchange policy? TOP
We are happy to help you return/exchange flawed or defective merchandise directly with the manufacturer. We will exchange products or issue a store credit on new, unused product, with a receipt. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately due to the intimate nature of our products we cannot take returns or exchanges on used products. We do however have a used product buy back program. Contact us is you are interested.
What is your privacy policy? TOP
We will not share any of your personal information with any other party. Information will only be used in relation to your current or future purchase.

"I went online trying to find a Canadian supplier of Fuzzi Bunz diapers at a great price. I came across Bouncing Babies (located in Surrey, BC) and was surprised that the prices were in Canadian dollars, because they were so competitive in price, I assumed it was US currency. On top of that, there was a discount for purchasing a dozen. Cloth diapers are an investment so I reviewed several online stores before selecting this one. I had one question and sent an email at 9pm. By 10:30pm the same day my question had been answered and a link sent to me to make things easy.
I ordered my 12 fuzzi bunz diapers at about noon on Thursday. No word of a lie, I opened my door at 8am on Friday (less than 24 hours later) in Nelson, BC to see my new diapers, which came with free shipping as I had met the minimum order requirements. The order was perfect; there was also a complimentary cloth wipe, use and care information and a copy of my receipt for warranty purposes.
